100 KM*
*oops it’s 110 km
The 100 KM course sees runners start and finish at the Wilpena Pound Visitor’s centre, guaranteeing plenty of crowd support. You’ll start on the iconic Tandera Saddle Loop before heading North to the course-topping Aroona Aid Station and back.
For 2026 we’re offering two starting times to accommodate people who don’t want time-cut pressure. You can start at 3 pm on Friday night rather than 6 am Saturday. Starting Friday means you’ll clear the Tanderra Saddle before the first sunset, enjoy a magical night of stargazing on the trails, and finish on Saturday in the glorious Flinders Ranges sunshine. All of the aid stations will be stocked up and servicing the 100 Mile runners who will be sharing the course with you.
